Keller Williams Realty operates this website. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, contact us, or ask us about a property, and what we do with it.
It covers this website only. If you go on to work with us as a client, the paperwork for that transaction governs, and your lender, title company and inspector each handle your information under their own policies.
What you type into a form: your name, email, phone number, the property or area you asked about, and anything you write in a message. Nothing on this site requires a Social Security number, a bank account, or a date of birth, and you should not send those through a web form.
Basic technical information your browser sends: pages viewed, approximate region, referring link, and device type. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages people find useful.
If you ask what a home is worth, the address you enter, so we can prepare the estimate.
We text you only if you checked the box asking us to. That box is never checked for you, and consent to texts is not a condition of buying or selling anything.
Reply STOP to any message to stop them, and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Carriers do not guarantee delivery.
If you never opted in, we may still reply once to a question you sent us, and we will not add you to anything.
To answer you, to show you properties and market information you asked about, and to do the work of a real estate transaction if you become a client.
We do not sell your personal information.

Others in a transaction you are part of, such as a cooperating broker, title company or lender, when the transaction requires it. Anyone we are required to disclose to by law.
This website runs on Hive Centra, a software platform that processes information on our instructions and does not use it for its own purposes.
